Seeking a Marketing Liaison to coordinate marketing, community engagement, and outreach efforts. This position focuses on promoting brand awareness and supporting office growth initiatives, gaining centers of influence.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement local marketing and networking activities.
Manage digital outreach including social media and online engagement.
Go to our current centers of influence and sew into the relationship that builds trust.
Go to prospective centers of influence (apartment building leasing agents, mortgage lenders, realtors, car dealerships and build relationships that cultivate enough trust they refer business to us.
Collaborate with team members to align marketing and customer engagement goals.

Qualifications

Integrity, Motivation, Empathy, Positivity/Optimism and Teamwork/Team Player
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with marketing, communications, or social media preferred.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Must have a drivers license.
